After more than 3 years of planning, research, development, and community engagement – and decades of creation, vision, and evolution – this year we are thrilled to debut our most ambitious original taiko project to date – Constant State of Otherness. Through a rich creation process, we have been digging deep on our own and with community members to uncover universal stories of otherness, identity, belonging, and displacement. Our intent: encourage empathy and build bridges of understanding and connection in our communities. With that in mind, we are excited to launch our Togetherness Campaign to support this exciting, original new work.
